We have made checks into this and found that our water is wet too and we aren't sure how this is occurring.

My third complaint is regarding Tom. I clearly indicated that my water is too wet. Not just wet.
My complaint was not handled properly as Tom simply confirmed that his water is also wet, not affirming the fact that it is too wet.

1) Tom did not comprehend my original complaint
2) Tom promised to connect me with his supervisor but is now falsely presenting himself as a supervisor.
3) Once again, as previously indicated, I am not looking for solutions and Tom has once again failed to address my need by asking what my expected outcome was.
